H-18-4 - This whole house heater is good for a one-two person home in warmer climates. It has 18 kilowatts of heating capacity and heats 3.1 gallon per minute at a 40 degree rise. It takes 1.5 to 2 gallon of hot water per minute for the average shower so you can use a second fixture at the same time someone is taking a shower.

H-24-4 - It has 33% more capacity than the 18-4 at 24 kilowatts and is good for a medium size house in warmer climates. This unit heats 4.2 gallon per minute at a 40 degree rise and is large enough to run one shower and one other application at the same time.

H-28-4 - It has 20% more capacity than the 24-4 at 28 kilowatts and is good for larger homes in warmer climates. At 4.8 gallons per minute at a 40 degree rise it produces enough hot water for two showers at the same time 20% more capacity than the 24-4 at 28 kilowatts. Good for larger home in warmer climates.

H-36-6 - This is our only 6 element residential heater. It has 25% more capacity than the 28-4 and has 36 kilowatts of heating capacity. It is good for large homes in warm climates and medium homes in northern areas. The output of 6.2 gallon per minute at a 40 degree rise is enough for two showers and a smaller application at the same time.

Beyond 2000 - This product can be used in cold or warmer climates in large usage applications.  It combines the Tankless and tank technologies. You have almost unlimited hot water capacity at a much smaller cost than with the traditional tank. The tank and tankless units heat and circulate the water and create a purification system. This is a great product for the large family.

Tankless2009 - This product is primarily for the cold weather climate.  A pressurized tank holds the water , the air in the room warms the ground water to room temperature, and the Tankless, Inc. unit uses that water as a water supply.

It is like moving your house to Florida during the winter when it comes to heating water. The BTUs needed to heat the water are dramatically reduced. As you can imagine, there is a HUGE cost savings over the old tank units. You not only do not have standby heat loss like you have with a tank but you actually pick up energy from the air. A payback of 5-6 years is expected with all our electric tankless heaters.

Solar - We sell and install solar hot water systems throughout Florida.  These systems come in two types;

- Direct AC - open loop that require home electricity to power an electric pump to circulate the water

- Direct PV - open loop which have a solar cell to power the pump to circulate the water. The payback is 4-5 years after the 30% Federal tax credit.
