Electric Tankless Hot Water Heater Model C-18-KW -
This heater is used for smaller commercial applications. Its relatively small size allows under the counter installation. It works great for office applications where three phase is available. These are great on demand heaters that offer many benefits over boiler/tank solutions that are less efficient.
Voltage: Voltage: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts Y configuration. Requires neutral.

 A mixing valve at a cost of $100 will reduce temperature variations and allow more than one output temperature at the same time. This is especially helpful in restaurant applications or other industries where you have needs for more than one temperature of water from the same tankless heater. An Electronic Temperature Control for $100 increases the adjustability of the temperature of the output fluid when used in a circulating system.

Our standard pressure switch at a cost of $75 insures the unit is not energized unless you have fluid coming to the unit. This option also comes with a delay switch that delays turn on of the unit upon restart to afford another level of safety. Review the commercial options page for item pricing on this and more sophisticated pressure switches.

Our standard thermostat selections of 110, 125,135,145,155, 185, or 200 are included in the list price and allow you to select select an output temperature that meets your requirements.
