WHOLE HOUSE HEATERS - Larger heaters for use as the sole source of hot water supply.

Each unit is hand built in the USA and the individual parts tested to last 100,000+ operations .   Each unit is tested before it leaves our factory and the actual heat exchanger is copper and brass.   We have units at the White House guard shack and at the Smithstonian …. two long standing institutions.  Our company is an institution as we have been in business making heaters since 1982.

H-16-4 - Our smallest whole house heater, good for one-two person home in warmer climates.

H-18-4 - Our next smallest whole house heater, good for one-two person home in warmer climates.

H-24-4 - 20% more capacity than the 18-4.  Good for medium size house in warmer  climates.

H-28-4 - 20% more capacity than the 24-4.  Good for larger home in warmer climates.

H-36-6 - 25% more capacity than the 28-4.  Good for large homes in warm climates and medium homes in northern areas.

Beyond 2000 - This product can be used in cold or warmer climates.  It combines the Tankless and tank technologies.  The tank and tankless units heat and circulate the water to create a purification system.   The tank capacity needed to supply a large home is dramatically reduced and the recovery period over a tank is dramatically increased.

Tankless2009 - This product is primarily for the cold weather climate.  It warms the ground water to room temperature and then uses that water as a supply for the Tankless unit.   You would pick the Tankless heating unit based on a zone 1 or 2 criterion. There is a HUGE cost savings over the old tank units. A payback of 5-6 years is expected with all our electric tankless heaters.

    Solar - We sell and install solar hot water systems throughout Florida.  These systems come in two types;
Direct AC open loop that require home electricity to power an electric pump to circulate the water, Direct PV open loop which have a solar cell to power the pump to circulate the water. The payback is 4-5 years after the 30% Federal tax credit.

Our Product Line Of Spa and Pool Heaters - Tankless, Inc. electric Pool and Spa heaters have one of the highest efficiency ratings in the industry. Our heaters out perform other pool heaters, including solar pool heaters and maintain 84° to 89° F. One heater can be used for both Pool and Spa, saving the space and piping required for operation.

They are easily mounted to the wall, if desired and operate quietly. There is a Pressure control that shuts the heater off if there is no water in the pump, a time delay switch to stop fast on/off function and dry start, and a digital thermostat control to 105° .
Our Tankless, Inc. electric Pool and Spa heaters can be installed with any other heat source: gas, solar, or heat pump and costs less to install and operate, as well as being smaller in size than all competitors models. We have large kilowatt (KW) commercial heaters in 1 or 3 phases for up to 100,000 gallon pools in hotels and resorts.

Tankless electric pool heaters outperform heat pump or solar heaters in the cooler months, when using a pool cover. Our swimming pool heaters are smaller, quieter, and there is no need to hide them with a wall or fence like a heat pump or gas unit.

Tankless water heaters heat entirely on demand only when hot water is needed. Since there is no hot water storage, thermal heat loss is almost completely eliminated.

Tankless heaters never run out of hot water - they can literally run all day long if necessary and they will never stop producing hot water since they heat water instantly on demand.

Since hot water is not stored, tankless water heaters generally handle hard water minerals and sediments much better than conventional tanks. This makes them far less likely to leak or rupture, and able to maintain efficiency throughout their whole lifecycle.

Tankless water heaters are about the size of a briefcase (electric units) - they save valuable floor space that can be used for storage etc. especially in condos and apartments.

Conventional storage tank water heaters have been used in commercial and residential applications since the early twentieth century. While most household electronics have taken great strides in terms of new technology and efficiency, the traditional tank water heater has not.

The general premise behind a tankless water heater is to only heat water “on demand” as it is needed. This eliminates the need for a storage tank and dramatically increases energy efficiency.
